Failing to register online for “DLTMS 5.1.4 Advance”

If you are having trouble activating DLTMS or the “registration” window prompt pops up when the software starts (even after already having registered) please follow the instruction below.  Once properly completed and submitted, our technician will send you the activation code:

Step 1: Click the “Customer Service” button at the bottom left corner of the registration window.

Step 2: Another window will pop open, as illustrated in the screenshot below, and display your 9 digit Software Product Generated Number. The nine digit number sometimes begins with a “-“. Copy or capture your Software Product Generated Number so that you can send this information to our techs.

Step 3: Find your unique CD-Key. Your unique CD Key is located on the sticker at the back of your CD pouch; The CD-Key is a combination of letters and numbers.

Step 4: Complete the form below and click submit, include the Software Generated Number you copied or captured in Step 2 and the CD-Key you discovered in step 3. Once received, our technicians will provide you with the Software Activation Key needed for Step 5 below. You should copy or capture the activation code as soon as you receive it.

Step 5: Once you have received and copied or captured the Software Activation Key from our technician, please restart the software. Return to On Line Registration and click the “Customer Service” button illustrated in Step 1. Paste the Software Activation Key into the registration key box [see illustration below].

Step 6: Slowly, click “Reset” 3 times, and then click “OK”

Step 7: You will receive following message once registration is completed and your product has been activated.
