  • David-Link Support Team now provides 30 days of FREE technical support services via online, live chat, e-mail, phone,
    and remote for new and existing customers from the first call in from your facility.
  • Telephone and remote support services after 30-day period will be included in David-Link Annual Protection Plan.

Subscription of David-Link Annual Protection Plan includes:
- DLTMS 5.5 upgrade
- Unlimited telephone support
- Unlimited remote assistance
- Extended 1-year product warranty

  • For David-Link product systems we provide 30 days of telephone support at no charge (please inquire about details). After 30 days, support is offered at $14.99 per month – paid annually.
  • David-Link Support response time varies based on the current call volume. Customers with our Annual Protection Plan receive priority in the assistance queue.

Remote Support

  • David-Link Remote Support saves you time effort and money in resolving software setup issues. Our support technician will access your computer and guide you through the process.
  • To start your David-Link Remote Support, a simple download is required. To begin you session, please click the link provided on our support page.

One-on-One, Personalized Training

  • Schedule training with one of our representatives to optimize your understanding of your David-Link product and minimize valuable set up time while maximizing use of your new product
