  • All orders received online or by phone will be processed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
  • We ship to the contiguous Unites States (48 states), Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other oversea American territories, and most of international countries.
  • We ship via USPS or UPS. International orders are shipped via USPS.
  • A confirmation e-mail is sent to you as soon as the order is fulfilled. Please track your order by visiting the appropriate carrier's site.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or non-delivery a confirmation of delivery is e-mailed.

  • If you receive the package damaged or decide to return the order as soon as you receive it, simply mark "Return to Sender" on the package without opening it.
