  • A product can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. 
  • Product returns after 30 days of purchases within 45 days will be charged 10% restocking fee
  • Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained by contacting us before a product is to be returned to us. We cannot issue any refund without a valid RMA number, original proof of purchase, and original box. 
  • Returned items must be in new condition with all original accessories included. No refund can be given with any missing component.
  • All shipping/freight charges are non-refundable. Returned items must be shipped to us on customer's own expense. 
  • Refurbished products are non-refundable.
  • Accessories are not refundable if they are opened.
