  • If you receive the package damaged or decide to return the order as soon as you receive it, simply mark "Return to Sender" on the package without opening it.
  • A product can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained by contacting us before a product is to be returned to us. We cannot issue any refund without a valid RMA number, original proof of purchase, and original box.
  • Returned items must be in new condition with all original accessories included. No refund can be given with any missing component.
  • All shipping/freight charges are non-refundable. Returned items must be shipped to us on customer's own expense.
  • Refurbished products are non-refundable.
